Our family is extremely grateful for Charter Senior Living of Godfrey. My brother-in-law is very comfortable living here and truly enjoys the activities and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and clearly dedicated to the residents’ well-being. We would especially like to thank Jonna, the Executive Director, Kim, the Director of Sales, and Mr. Julian, the Environmental Services Director, for their leadership, kindness, and for going above and beyond when it truly mattered. When my dad first moved into this facility, he was resistant and difficult to please. The staff never gave up on him — they met his frustrations with patience, compassion, and respect. Over time, he began to open up, join activities, and even make friends. Their kindness transformed what could have been a stressful situation into a positive, dignified experience for him and our family. I can’t say enough about the incredible care my mother has received at Charter Senior Living of Godfrey. From day one, the staff has stopped to listen to her stories, and made her feel truly at home. She loves the activities, the warm atmosphere, and the friendships she has built there. Dad is going to save money staying there! No more other “bills.” Phone, internet, electricity, water, housekeeping, property taxes, I could list more. He is socializing, instead of sitting in a chair all day by himself. He has help if he needs it. His is served in a restaurant-like setting. He feels safe. He/we love it for him.
